I provide individual counselling services for adults and youth.


I see life as a journey, one in which we are not always meant to, nor designed to walk alone. Although no one can walk our path for us, I believe it is important to be able to reach out and ask for someone to walk beside us when we need help and support during difficult moments in life.   

My personal philosophy and approach to working with clients is to take a collaborative and supportive role in the process.  I think all of us have the capacity to reach deep within ourselves to find the solutions to life difficulties.  Like shoes, I don’t believe that there is a “one size fits all” approach to healing, particularly as each of us holds a unique worldview and life experiences.  Working from a strength-based approach, I tailor treatment approaches to the needs of the client and situation. All aspects of counselling are confidential.
