HI, I’M KATRINA
I’m a Registered Psychologist based in Okotoks, Alberta, supporting teens and adults through depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, sleep issues, chronic health challenges, and day to day life struggles. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you unlock meaningful, sustainable change.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Acadia University and a Master of Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University. I’ve been in practice for nine years.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find me outdoors or spending time with my two dachshunds. Nature plays an important role in my own wellbeing, and I believe that staying connected to the natural world helps us stay grounded and present.
